NEVER! These are Corporate lines of service on our Corporate Business account and are exempt from throttlings. With our plans, you’ll always get the best possible speeds from your local cell tower. The closer you're to a tower, the faster your speeds.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY SERVICE? DO YOU ACCEPT CASH?
We do all of our billing here. We don't use other services like Paypal or Zelle. All Customers are required to setup autopay. We unfortunately do not accept any other forms of payment at this time including cash.
AM I UNDER CONTRACT? DO YOU RUN A CREDIT CHECK?
We do not require a contract, and we don't perform any credit checks! Keep the service for as many months or years as you’d like. Each payment gives you 30 days of service. If you cancel service, the device is yours to keep.
IF I AM UNABLE PAY FOR MY SERVICE, CAN I PAY NEXT WEEK?
Since your on autopay, and if payment fails for any reason. Service will be suspended and a $35 reconnection fee will apply, before service will be resumed. There are no exceptions.

CAN I SUSPEND SERVICE FOR A MONTH ?
No. We do not allow for this. Pausing or suspending service gets confusing for us. Our aim is long term customers, not someone who needs internet for one month. That being said, you may cancel your subscription whenever you like. If autopay fails, the line of service cancelled and rented to someone else. Reconnection fee will apply,
WILL THE HOTSPOT WORK WHEN I TRAVEL?
(Service is for US & US territories usage only) These are designed to work anywhere that service is. If you are on open roads with many cell towers around the carrier you are utilizing, then it’s relatively steady. The service is only as good as the signal you get from your nearby cell tower. International Hotspot is available for rental.

ONCE I SUBSCRIBE , DO I OWN THE ACCOUNT OR HOTSPOT?
You will own the hotspot and is yours to keep if you ever decide to cancel service. You will NOT own the account or line of service. These are lines on our Corporate Business account. You’re renting a line of service from us for a fee.
HOW MANY UNLIMITED HOTSPOTS CAN I ORDER, IS THERE A LIMIT?
You may order as many as you’d like. However, on rare occasion, we may be out of stock. We have unlimited service Not an unlimited amount of lines.
CAN YOU GUARANTEE THAT MY SERVICE WON’T BE INTERRUPTED?
Simple answer NO. Cell towers are usually in the middle of nowhere and can and usually get hit by lightning. If your bill is unpaid it will be interrupted as well.
I LIVE OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE, AND TRAVEL QUITE A BIT. WILL YOU BE ABLE TO HELP?
We’re ALWAYS here to help and we want you to know that we’ve got almost everyone covered! It doesn’t matter if you live in a large populated city, the suburbs or way out in a rural location. As long as your equipment was purchased from us we will help. We are very familiar with our products.
IS THERE A COMPLICATED SETUP PROCESS WHEN I RECEIVE THE UNLIMITED HOTSPOT DEVICE?
Not at all! We make this part extremely easy for your convenience. Just contact us when device is received. The equipment we sell is brand new, we personally inspect and clean each device before it ships to ensure it functions properly and is bacteria free.
